Tafsir Tarbawi: Konsep Sistem Khilafah dan Demokrasi dalam Al-Qur’an Muhammad Imam Ghozali Mamonto Mahasiswa Pendidian Bahasa Arab IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo E-mail: ghozali.mamonto10@gmail.com Abstract This article aims to explain the concepts of khilafah and democracy in the Qur'an, the concept of a caliphate offered by cleric or scholars and related hadiths. Data collection is done by taking from existing journals, and the verses of the Qur'an are analyzed based on the mufrodat and literature. The conclusion that can be drawn from this writing according to the author is Allah Almighty sent down the Qur'an for guide humans in playing their role as caliphs on earth in building civilization. Political and governance issues are guided by the Qur'an so that the lives of humankind are not chaotic and walk according to law of Allah.
